If you don't want to get up on Monday because you understand that there is a whole week of work ahead of you, then most likely you do not like your job. Most people spend most of their lives at work. Therefore, the atmosphere in which a person has to work is one of the most important factors in the attitude to work.

Step 1
To love your job, you need to communicate with your colleagues. Tell them what you have achieved so far. Try to bring some informal communication into the work environment. This will allow you to befriend your coworkers. And working with friends is much more pleasant and interesting.
Step 2
Think about what attracts you the most to your job and focus on this type of activity. For example, as a child, you always wanted to be a doctor. Grew up, became a doctor, came to work in a hospital and were disappointed that a lot of paperwork piled on you. In this case, try to spend more time with patients, perhaps your opinion about the work will change.
Step 3
Don't do all the work alone - try to work as a team. Surely you have an intern at your company who will happily do the basic part of your job. By giving him this opportunity, you will ease your lot and allow the person to learn the necessary skills that will be useful to him in the future.
Step 4
Do first those tasks that seem unpleasant and routine to you. After getting rid of them in the morning, you can devote the rest of the day to what you love. This will give you the opportunity to go home in a great mood.
Step 5
To love your work, you should alternate it with rest. This, of course, does not mean that most of the time is worth spending talking with colleagues or laying out a scarf. But, if you are working on something and are even one step closer to completion, then why not allow yourself a moment of rest?
