Watch the hands of a potential liar as well. He can touch them to his face, cover his mouth with his palm, scratch his nose, rub his eyes or pull back his collar, as if it is difficult for him to breathe.

Let the liar and his facial expressions. A tight smile is determined by the eyes - if they are not involved, then the person is insincere. In addition, "emotions" will lag behind phrases - first he will report good news with a serious face, and only after that he will smile.

In his speeches, the liar may repeat your questions. For example, instead of simply answering "no", he says "no, I did not receive messages from you." There may be too many details in his story to divert attention from the most important thing. Among other things, his voice can be overly emotional or, conversely, monotonous.

But do not forget that during a conversation, the interlocutor may really itch his nose or show another sign of a lie. Evaluate only a set of signs so as not to accuse an innocent person of insincerity.
