Trust is the companion of a truly sincere relationship. If there is trust, then there is love. Special psychological trainings and one's own will help to open up to a partner, to fully rely on him.
Instructions
Step 1
Do this exercise. One partner stands in front, the other slightly behind his back, at a distance of 1-1.5 m. The front partner, without bending his back and legs, without trying to protect his head, throws his body weight back, as if falling. Rear catches.
When performing the exercise, it is important that the front partner does not try to get closer to the rear partner, does not hesitate and does not step back. A woman can catch and keep a man from falling, and even more so, a man will have time to catch a woman. The front partner's job is to completely relax and rely on the back partner.
Perform the exercise by swapping places.
Step 2
Another exercise also involves falling into your partner's arms. Stand up straight, then move your center of gravity forward and start falling. The partner comes up, holds you, and pushes you. You, like a pendulum, return to the starting position and, without stopping on it, lean back to fall on your back. The partner runs up, grabs you again and with an effort brings you into a state of balance. You keep swinging like a pendulum and your partner catches. Then you change places.
In this exercise, it is important that the falling partner keeps the body in a straight position from heels to head. At the same time, it is important to maintain a state of relaxation and rely on the speed and strength of your partner.
Step 3
Over time, these physical exercises will instill in you the confidence that in difficult times your partner will definitely support you, catch you, and will not leave you alone with problems and pain. He will have the same confidence. In essence, this is trust.
Step 4
Be sincere with each other. Trust is possible only if you yourself do not deceive yourself or your partner. Don't seek reciprocity or reward for your relationship with the person; the very state of trust and the awareness of a loyal friend and helper is a sufficient reward.
