Step 1
If you have an important business meeting, for example, an interview, then think over the structure of the story about yourself in advance. It is necessary in the story about yourself to state only the facts concerning your professional activity. You can start a story about yourself from the moment you graduate from a higher educational institution, so that your interlocutor knows who you are in your specialty and, accordingly, what level of training you have (university prestige, diploma with honors). Then go to your first (possibly only) job, share your job responsibilities and the experience you have gained during your work. Give your story a separate place for your character traits, tell the interlocutor about your aspirations and desires for the profession, be sure to mention what you do best and what area of work your soul gravitates to.

When you meet peers, for example, in the company of friends at a birthday party or some kind of party, then know that the more original your story about yourself, the more you will be remembered by the audience. The introduction of your story about yourself will be striking if you start with an anecdote. But the anecdote should be in a topic, for example, about a profession, by the key phrase of which it will be immediately clear who you are in your specialty. The anecdote will defuse the atmosphere, and you will easily join the new company. When asked to tell you more about yourself, do not stretch your presentation for several hours. It is clear that a person can talk about himself endlessly, but as you know, you cannot make the first impression twice. Therefore, be laconic, and even with a closer relationship, it will be possible to talk about yourself in all the details.

The Internet will help present yourself to people in the form of a story. Nowadays, social networks are popular, in which each registered user is provided with his own page. Here, in the "About Me" section, you can write a short story in which be sure to indicate your place of birth, your occupation, your desires and a general idea of life.
