Pay attention to his demeanor, his body language and gestures. Hands retracted under the table or in pockets, palms clenched into a fist indicate secrecy. If during a conversation the interlocutor tries to cover his mouth with his palm or touches his lips with his hand, this is also, according to psychologists, an attempt to lie or not speak. Doubt can be expressed by attempting to touch your neck or to fiddle with your earlobe.

The person with whom you communicate, even if he is not too similar to you in character, should command your respect. If you know in advance that you will push this person around, then you should not take him to work. You need people who, at the right moment, can give advice that you will listen to. You won't take such advice from someone you disrespect, even if it was correct.

Listen to your intuition, look at the person's communication style. Once you have been appointed a leader, then you must be able to understand people. It's okay if you make a mistake once or twice, the main thing is that, in general, you manage to create your own team, select people you can rely on, and such a team will re-educate anyone.
