We all want to achieve certain goals in life. The goals can be completely different, both in terms of what we want, and in terms of when we want it. We may want to achieve the goal in the here and now, or we may want to reach this goal in five years. Sometimes it happens that we cannot achieve our goals. Visualization of the goal is necessary in order to learn how to achieve our goal, because in order to get somewhere, we need to know where we are going.
Necessary
- - Pen
- - Sheets of paper
Instructions
Step 1
Take a sheet and paper. Describe your goal in as much detail as possible. It doesn't matter what your goal is about - you have to be as clear as possible about it. Write about her, how you see her, in as much detail as possible. Imagine it right in front of you, as if it has already been accomplished. It is also important to describe the goal in this way - as if you have already achieved it.
Step 2
Create a cloud of methods by which you can achieve your goal. Brainstorm how you can achieve your goal. Write down words and phrases that represent every method that comes to your mind.
Step 3
Analyze the list. List the ones that seem to you the most appropriate, efficient, and fastest. Write them down in as much detail as possible. You should know what you need to start using this method and what you will get at the end. List each method as a step on a separate sheet of paper.
Step 4
Compose your methods. Analyze the shortest paths to your goal. Fold the method sheets in the order that will lead you to your goal in the shortest possible time.
Step 5
Write a schedule for completing the tasks according to the points indicated in the methods. Define time frames and indicators by which you can check the completeness of each of them.
Step 6
Follow this scheme, without deviating from it a single step. Do not finish a plan item if you are not yet ready for what should appear as a result of its implementation.
