Step 1
Divide a piece of paper into three sections. In the first column, write down what activities you definitely dislike doing. Take your time, but do not overdo it with little things. Try to use more general wording: for example, I don't like working with technology or I get tired of numerous conversations.
In the second column, write the activities you enjoy. When the list is complete enough, rate the cases according to their attractiveness. Assign them the appropriate places.
Now, next to it, make another rating - your skills and talents. It would be very nice if part of this list matches at least part of the second column. At first, you can write in the order in which the skills will come to mind. And then, too, put estimates next to how well you are doing this business.
Step 2
Analyze the current picture. Look at those items in the second and third columns that have the best performance. Now close your eyes and dream. Relax and try to completely abstract yourself from negativity and problems. And imagine what you would like to do. Just let your thoughts flow freely. But do not forget to record any ideas that come to your mind.
Step 3
Forbid yourself to criticize your own ideas. Focus on how to best implement them. To ensure that your creativity brings you more than just satisfaction, think about who your ideas can be useful to. How can you sell them? What needs to be done to make them an attractive product?
Creativity is not only inspiration and ideas, but also practical skills that allow them to be realized. Therefore, analyze what knowledge you lack. What additional skills should you master to achieve excellence?
Step 4
Make it a rule to reflect on your ideas regularly. Just do it as purposefully as possible. You can't think about creativity in general. Think about the image or thing you want to create. Train positive thinking, the ability to see in problems only questions that need to be answered. And success will surely come to you!
