Every day in the world, millions of people quarrel in all corners of our planet. Quarrels between spouses are especially dangerous. Such quarrels can go so far that a husband and wife can cool off for a while or even divorce. And what if their children are witnesses of these conflicts? Such events can lead to serious consequences.

Be calm and reasonable, otherwise the conflict will not be resolved

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to establish the cause of the quarrels that arise in the family. This can be different views on raising children, maintaining a family budget, organizing recreation and much more. Also, couples often quarrel over misunderstandings. Another common cause of family quarrels is the inconsistency of the "biological clock" of individual family members. Owls and larks don't always get along well. However, no matter how serious the reasons for the quarrels are, the growing conflict can always be resolved with the help of concessions, compromises and constructive solutions to family problems. Follow a number of rules and in most cases you can avoid conflict in the family.

Step 2

Do not give in to the desire to prove anything or to show your selfishness. Silly stubbornness is also highly undesirable, even rather unacceptable. In addition, do not raise your tone of voice during a quarrel, because scandal can only be ignited by screaming, but not extinguished. And don't let your emotions go out, stay calm.

Step 3

Do not involve others in your quarrel, be they friends or even relatives. The conflict between spouses is only their business, so you run the risk of ruining the relationship with your soul mate, asking for help "from the outside."

Step 4

It is strictly contraindicated to sort things out in front of children. After all, they may develop the wrong model of behavior with adults, including with you. This can lead to emotional trauma.

Step 5

Never remember old grievances, and also do not invent problems out of nothing. This will only complicate your relationship and add fuel to the fire of your conflict.

Step 6

Just sit down and chat with your partner. Discuss, both express your vision of the problem and possible ways to solve it. This way you can unite and resolve the conflict together.

Step 7

And two more short but important advice: it is sometimes worth listening first to that spouse who considers himself offended and disadvantaged. And never lose your sense of humor. Remember that sarcasm and wit have not seriously hurt anyone yet.
