Take your time to wake up! Often it is the stress that your body experiences from the need to abruptly break out of a dormant state that leads to discomfort and the appearance of a bad mood. Do not jump out of bed when the alarm rings, allow yourself to lie in bed for a while, stretch, maybe even take a short nap. Wind up your watch 10 minutes early and take that time to soak up your bed. This should be the time that you consciously give to your body - and having appreciated this, it will answer you with a dose of positive emotions.

Choose an alarm clock that not only helps you wake up quickly, but also allows you to do it with pleasure. Today there are many varieties of very different watches, differing in color, style, principle of operation, music. Surely among them there is one that cheers you up. For some, it is a joy to hear your favorite radio presenters in the morning, someone wants, barely opening their eyes, to enjoy the sunny yellow watch case … There are a lot of options!
Step 3
Prepare for the morning ahead. Pack your bag, iron your clothes, make breakfast items. Arrange things so that you can easily find them. It will be much more pleasant for you to wake up in a beautiful, neat and tidy room, knowing that there is no need to rush anywhere, that everything is in its place, than, having barely opened your eyes, plunge into chaos, among which you have to find a lot of the most different things. Morning does not tolerate haste, it should be a prelude to the coming day, unhurried and pleasant.

Don't be hostile to the morning. Why do you wake up feeling bad? Just because they are used to it. But in fact, in this time of day there are so many beautiful things! These are the first timid glimpses of dawn, this is an opportunity to walk along quiet streets that are not yet crowded with noisy crowds, this is a leisurely half hour spent in a cozy kitchen with an interesting book and a cup of hot chocolate. The working day has not begun yet, and you have a unique chance to spend at least a little time only on yourself.
