Yes, I really want to proudly slam the door, but rash decisions bring a lot of suffering later. So try not to give your anger control over you - and you will be sure that you have not done anything stupid. The more you have experience of intelligent behavior in situations where you are angry, the easier it will be for you to overcome this emotion in the future.

If you are prone to anger, eat less animal foods. This recommendation has been tested by generations of people who follow different religious traditions. There are biochemical explanations for this fact. And vegetarians also believe that the meat of a killed animal carries with it the energy of fear and aggression. Of course, not everyone is able to completely give up meat, but try to limit yourself to at least one serving a day. And it will be much easier to overcome anger.
