In childhood, a dream is believed passionately. But the further the threshold of adolescence, the heavier the baggage of dreams becomes, the more it puts pressure on self-esteem. Is the dream worth giving up or is it worth the effort to pursue it? Without a dream, passion disappears in life, but it is not always necessary to move mountains on the way.
If a dream exists and has come into your life, then it is needed. Everyone has their own dreams. And before giving up on them, it is worth bringing at least one dream to the end and see what came of it.
But it so happens that the dream has been postponed for a long time. With such a combination of circumstances, a person ceases to believe that he is worthy of her. The power that was given at the occurrence of a dream for its fulfillment goes "into the minus" and eventually destroys a person.
And now, in order to make a breakthrough to fulfill your desires, you really need a lot of energy. A surge of energy of such a force that will be able to break the vicious circle is possible in critical life situations, as well as when using various techniques.
These techniques need a lot of motivation. Motivation is choked by low self-esteem - and therefore, the longer the dream is postponed, the more critical the situation is, the more you need to fall.
If you don't really want to wait for the blows of fate, and you have a dream, then there will be another way out. There is an easy way to achieve your dream in just 5 minutes a day.
Before proceeding with it, it is advisable to complete the preparatory steps.
Day 1. Write on paper (or wherever you like) the first 5 wishes and dreams that come to mind. Do not come up with anything on purpose, do not think about whether it is possible or not. The main task is just to write.
It is very simple and no one will see it, no one will be able to condemn it. Write sincerely your simplest dreams or your hardest dreams - it doesn't matter. If it doesn't work 5, write 3.
Let 1-2 dreams-desires on the list be the simplest ones. For example, I have long dreamed of going to the cinema or buying that delicious cake, watching Groundhog Day again or eating an icicle. Or maybe it will be a new green phone or a stunning sweater that is finally knitted with your own hands!
Day 2. Look at your list. Like? Pick one dream-wish. Check her to see if she's yours or not. This moment is important, because a lot of desires imposed from the outside are stored in a person. Listen to yourself - what will change if your dream comes true? What will be the sensations, feelings, what mood? Is there any joy in the performance now?
After checking the dream, the easiest thing remains - to fulfill it! Do it today or tomorrow or within a week. Set yourself a date for your dream. It is best to schedule 2-3 days. Be sure to choose the simplest, most easily achievable dream.
When a dream comes true, part of the tension that has arisen due to unfulfillment leaves the body. And the joy of its performance brings new strength and good mood. And the taste of the embodiment is remembered, albeit small, but dreams. Your self-esteem will grow and you will certainly want more!
This is the essence of the method: a large elephant in small pieces.
Now choose the next dream that you can afford at this moment, or just the most important dream. Give her 5 minutes every day (more can be done if you really want to).
It doesn't matter what you do to make your dream come true: something significant or something very small. On a life-wide scale, it doesn't matter, movement is important. And if on some day there was no strength or opportunity for 5 minutes, then just think about a dream or the next step on the way to it.
Mathematics. 5 minutes a day - 35 minutes a week - 150 minutes (2.5 hours) a month - 1,825 minutes (30 hours) a year of continuous work. Perhaps not much, but definitely more than nothing. 5 minutes a day will fly by unnoticed and without much effort. This means that the dream will become much closer, and it will turn out very, very easy.
For example, there is such a dream - to buy a bicycle. We translate 30 hours into a monetary equivalent, we get 15,000 - 30,000 rubles a year. Here comes the bike!
Over time, the movement towards a dream becomes natural and does not require such efforts as at the beginning of the path. Most likely, you will have the desire and opportunity to devote a little more than 5 minutes to your dream. Just 15 minutes a day - and this is 3 times closer to your dream in a year! And maybe by that time it will not be the first realized dream.
