You can save money to renovate your apartment for several years, or you can take out a bank loan. Or you can rent out an apartment to people who, instead of paying money, will be ready to make repairs in it for free. But remember: not always the fastest way to get what you want is the right one. If you have the opportunity to earn money for an apartment yourself, there is no need to go into debt or take out a mortgage with draconian interest. It is better to endure a few years, check out with relatives, but accumulate the required amount with your own hands.
