Psychological trauma often occurs in childhood, but affects us as an adult. We, as in a vicious circle, have similar negative situations. You can break the circle and improve your life using special techniques.

Many are familiar with the condition when a physically injured part of the body seems to attract various unpleasant influences - additional blows, bruises. It is this place that we often touch, causing ourselves pain, although we try to handle it carefully. For example, when a tooth falls out, the tongue always reaches for this place, although with our consciousness we understand that there is no need to touch it.

So it is with psychological trauma. If once an event occurred that caused a strong experience, a psychological attitude is formed. While it is in effect, we will behave in such a way that situations will constantly arise in life that lead to the appearance of that experience, the same emotions that were when receiving psychological trauma.

Lack of money, unhappy love and other troubles can be repeated over and over again, because sometime, perhaps in early childhood, we received a negative experience associated with these events.

Like a tongue reaching out to the place of a lost tooth, attitudes in our minds constantly lead us into situations similar to the one in which a psychological trauma was received.

A vicious circle is created. You can get out of it, for this there are special techniques. The best thing, of course, is to turn to a psychologist, he will be able to ask the right questions and guide your thoughts in the right direction, help destroy the old mental attitude and create a new one. You can get rid of psychological trauma on your own, but this is more difficult, because consciousness will avoid the painful sensations in which it is necessary to plunge.

To transform a negative experience, you need to remember the moment when the trauma occurred and remake it in such a way that it becomes positive, come up with a successful outcome and relive the situation. But it is necessary to feel positive emotions very clearly, otherwise there will be no effect.
