Often, looking at creative and fantastically special people, we admire their talent and ability to find something new in our studied world up and down. But, as it turned out, they are distinguished by only 7 features.
Tenacity
Remember at least Thomas Edison. If not for his persistence and confidence that the idea would work, we would not have electric bulbs now. So innovation is not only a grand idea, but an even more ambitious work.
Elimination of self-restraints
Innovators are a lot like children. They don't seem to know that what they are doing is impossible. Maybe this is the secret of their peculiarities - they think much broader than most people.
No fear of error
Innovators are not afraid to take risks, because they know that if something does not work out, then with a different approach it will definitely work. Plus, mistakes give people the experience they need.
Suspension
It often takes time for innovators to distance themselves from others and “withdraw into themselves”. This helps them to hear their inner voice.
Idea diaries
Innovators often take notes of interesting ideas that they visit from time to time, and then revise such notes and, if the idea seems to them to be successful, they try to implement it.
Finding patterns and creating combinations
Innovators draw their ideas from other people's ideas. An idea doesn't have to be new - execution is more important. Social media existed before Facebook, but it didn’t become popular because the execution was lame.
Curiosity
Innovators are constantly learning new things and do not miss the opportunity to learn something interesting about the area in which they create. The cultivation process should never stop.
