Be polite and respectful to everyone around you, no matter how they themselves treat you. Seeing your sincere benevolence, they will surely change their attitude towards you. Do not hesitate to ask for help and help others, to show your weakness or low competence in some issues - society exists precisely because we all need each other.

Do more of what you like. This does not mean that you should live only in pleasure, one way or another you will have to work “through I don’t want to”. On the contrary, enjoy your work, imagine how much benefit your work brings, praise yourself for performance.
