Scheme 80/20
The essence of power supply according to this scheme is as follows. You need to reduce the proportion of your favorite foods a day to 20%, while the remaining 80% should come from healthy foods: vegetables, nuts, fruits, fish, etc. It is not the best strategy to completely give up your favorite food, since there is a great risk of breaking loose in one day and letting all your labors go down the drain. Just be careful.
Walking
If you are not yet sure that you are ready and want to get serious about sports, start with the elementary. Go on daily walks for an hour and a half. Load your favorite music into the player and choose a quiet place: park, embankment, etc.
Lunch with you
To maintain a healthy diet outside the home, we advise you to pack your lunch at home and take it with you. Buy a nice handy lunchbox and stock up on a couple of snacks recipes from the internet. While everyone else is eating a stale mayonnaise salad at a local eatery, you savor your shrimp stew.
Have a rest
If you have not rested for a long time, you feel unwell, are ill, you should not go to work. Take a day off. We work most of our life, and if once you allow yourself to be distracted from all work worries, nothing terrible will happen. Try to rest as much as possible, and the next day both you and those around you will notice that your performance has increased significantly.
