Strength of character is manifested in the ability to cope with difficult life tasks. Not all people do it by themselves, but this quality can be developed.

Step 1
Start with introspection. To build character, you need to rely on the pronounced qualities of your psychotype. This will create a personal image of strength. Strength of character is of two types: in one case, a person is capable of expressive volitional manifestations, which seem to be manifested in explosions. In the second case, strength is manifested in enduring flexibility, such a character set possessed by the Stoic philosophers. You must first choose which image of strength is closest to you by nature, and then develop the corresponding qualities.
Step 2
For undulating expressions of will, try sports such as weightlifting or sprint running. In the gym, start with high reps (15-20) with low weights, after 2 weeks 8-12 with heavier weights. After a month, go to work 6-10 times with the maximum weights possible for you, 2-4 times in 7 days. Start a fast run with a distance of 200m, increasing the distance by 100m once a week. When you reach a distance of 2 km, you can stop there and improve your speed characteristics. Mark the time each time and try to run at least a little better on the new day than on the previous day, while running the same distance. If you practice regularly, you will notice that it has become much easier to pull yourself together and perform those actions that were previously given with great difficulty. Your athletic figure will also add confidence.
Step 3
If you are closer by nature to the hardy type, you will also have to play sports. Long-distance running is suitable for this method of character development. The future stoic needs to learn not to get bored: diversify group activities. Work out long distances with friends. Take your player or radio with you, start at a distance of one kilometer and increase it as your stamina and fitness improve. Your goal is the distance covered. Run as much as time permits, but at least 3-4 times a week. After a few months, you will notice that large amounts of unpleasant work scare you much less, and your body contours are much more attractive.
Step 4
When you have formed the strength qualities of your type, begin to gradually master the properties of the opposite category. Over time, you will easily cope with life's difficult tasks.
