The basis for successful and productive learning is the right motivation of students. It is necessary to increase it, create conditions under which internal goals and motivation for learning will appear.

Step 1
Give presentations and involve students in creative work. Usually such events are perceived "with a bang". Each work must be protected: at least a few sentences, but it is necessary to say. Prepare incentive prizes or bonuses for the winners.
Step 2
Establish a positive psychological atmosphere in the classroom. Come up with a "zest" for each lesson and try to convey the topic of the lesson to the students in an interesting way. Provide a pleasant democratic relationship with the guys; regardless of their performance, be supportive and try to pay attention to everyone. Remember that punishment for the wrong solution to the learning problem is an extreme and ineffective measure that causes negative emotions and negatively affects the child's attitude to learning activities.
Step 3
In elementary school, a grade is important in shaping motivation. Children try to earn more positive ratings in order to get praise from their parents. But do not limit yourself and abuse this method, as it can form selfish motives in children.
Step 4
Conduct extracurricular learning activities: didactic games, group trainings, and subject Olympiads. Be sure to award the winners with certificates of honor and incentive prizes. It will be useful to present certificates to the rest of the children for participating in the event.
