Not everyone can wake up in the morning vigorous and in a good mood. Meanwhile, after waking up, you can set an energetic tone for the day ahead. Just a few simple manipulations are enough to recharge with vivacity in the morning.
Necessary
- - aroma oils;
- - coffee;
- - CD with music.
Instructions
Step 1
Start preparing for your morning awakening in the evening. Try taking a walk or relaxing exercise before bed. Do not eat anything two hours before bed, so that at night the body does not waste energy digesting food. Ventilate your bedroom well: Lack of oxygen will also make it difficult for your brain to relax. If you are hardened enough, you can sleep with the window open, even during the winter season. Get enough sleep.
Step 2
Apply aromatherapy. Before going to bed, the scents of lavender, ylang-ylang, lemon balm will be useful to you. You can use an aroma lamp, take a bath with these oils, or soak them into a bedding sachet. In the morning, on the contrary, give preference to invigorating scents. Esters of sweet orange, cedar, bergamot perfectly relieve drowsiness.
Step 3
After waking up, try to smile and think of something pleasant. If, after waking up, you are not able to instantly focus even on good thoughts, prepare such an idea in the evening. For example, think about having some aromatic coffee and a warm cake right now, or a pretty dress to wear to work.
Step 4
Set your favorite music as the alarm melody. If possible, turn on the volume up function. Harsh sounds, even from a favorite motive, can be unpleasant. And the gradually increasing volume will make you wake up softly and unobtrusively.
Step 5
Create your morning vigor ritual. After waking up, lie in bed for a few minutes, but with your eyes open. Stretch well and get up slowly. And then proceed directly to your ritual. It can be a contrast shower, coffee and watching the morning news. Or yoga complex "Salutation to the Sun" and a glass of freshly squeezed juice. Do your personal activities regularly, and they will soon become your habitual path to cheerfulness.
