Take a bath immediately, shower and brush your teeth. On a subconscious level, your body will understand that you are completely awake and ready to start a new day. He willy-nilly will have to come to terms with this fact.

Do not waste your time - do not go online, even to find out the latest news - from your own experience you know that it will take at least half an hour, and you did not get up so early for this. Go and make yourself breakfast yourself, because your family, not used to your early activity, are still sleeping. This will also help you get your mind together and tune in to a working mood.
