For many people, complexes are associated with the fact that they are afraid to take the initiative, they are afraid of excessive responsibility. To cope with such a complex, you need to act on the contrary. For example, you have never shown yourself in any way at work, but now gather all your confidence and try to offer some new idea for the good of a common cause, take on an unusual project, etc. It is clear that at first it will be very difficult, it will seem to you that you are failing. But the main thing at this stage is not to lose faith in your own strength and desire to cope with your complex.
