When the list is ready, write on the other side of the sheet when the qualities you previously remembered helped you in life. For example, "stubborn" on the right side, and on the left - "knows how to defend an opinion", "achieves its goals." The latter can be especially appreciated at work.

Look at your list and understand that everything that you have is only a plus. And accept it not as a negative, but as a feature, as something that makes you unique.

To love yourself, you need to find reasons for this. Usually a person only blames himself for what he did not have time, did not say, or could not do. But it's time to start thinking differently. This exercise should be done every night, and then you will feel love for yourself in a couple of weeks.

Write down the things you can be proud of. What good have you done in your life, how are you useful to your loved ones and society, what is beautiful in your person. Find the maximum number of merits. Think about what you can thank yourself for and complete the list. After that, add something else to the list every night. Even doing laundry for the family, cooking dinner is a reason to be proud of yourself, it is a reason to be grateful to yourself. Love yourself for doing so much, be glad that the world needs you.

Self-love is formed gradually. You need to look at yourself from the good side, and try not to notice the shortcomings. Be gentle with yourself, with your shortcomings, because everyone has them. Smile in the mirror instead of looking for extra pounds. Concentrate on the beautiful, and then everything will be much easier.
