Everyone has all sorts of troubles, but sometimes it happens that one bad event clings to another, and a wave of negative sensations overwhelms you. "Why is it not always the way you want?" - this question often begins to torment people who are experiencing not the most pleasant moments.

An adult usually has a good idea of what an ideal world should be like: a loving family, an interesting job, a good salary, etc. Realizing the discrepancy between the real and the ideal worlds, the individual begins to experience discontent and irritation.

The human psyche is not designed for long-term negative. Low mood and depression are understandable consequences of the stress caused by things going wrong. And when, at the same time, problems constantly arise, any optimist can easily turn into a pessimist, complaining about everything and everyone. This phenomenon can and should be fought.

The very first thing you have to do is force yourself to make efforts to reduce negative factors that tend to accumulate, like a snowball. Start small. For example, take a few days off, sit in silence, and think about how to turn the black streak of life into a white one.

First, stop idealizing the world and see it realistically. Try to answer the question: what good can you learn from the situation in which you find yourself? Any negative incident is also an experience that can make you a little wiser, teach you how to cope with problems and stress.

Then think about how you can fix the situation and do everything the way you want. Analyze the recent events in your life that you find the most difficult and unfortunate. Naturally, the longer the chain of problems has been, the more difficult it will be to interrupt it and switch to the positive.

The next step is to reboot to positive emotions. Choose any pleasant distraction. For example, watch good movies, listen to music, read an interesting book, go on a short trip, etc.

Listen to yourself constantly. And at one fine moment you realize that life is getting better: thoughts about work no longer cause disgust, memories of loved ones no longer irritate. Keep working on yourself and the situation. Build up your life, learn from everything that happens, and don't let troubles become a pattern.
