Graduation from school is an important social stage for every person. So, even yesterday's schoolboy, and now the applicant stands at the crossroads of opportunities and choices. This stage is accompanied by both pleasant moments - the last bell, graduation, and stressful situations - the exam and entrance exams.
- In the morning, repeat the material studied (if your preparation for the exam began in advance, and not today). Reread your notes and pay more attention to the tasks that were harder for you.
- Drink plenty of water instead of coffee / tea / sedatives. In particular, the latter reduce concentration of attention, which can affect the result.
- Eat sweets, nuts and raisins to help you calm down.
- A sound, full sleep before the exam is the key to your success. However, if you are having trouble falling asleep before the exam, drink a glass of warm milk.
- Outdoor walks - Oxygen helps our brains work faster.
- Positive Thinking Technique - Print out a certificate of USE results and give yourself high scores. Remember, thoughts will materialize.
- Listen to music. It has long been proven that music is effective for mental performance and also helps relieve tension before giving up.
- Visualize the entire process of conducting the exam. Close your eyes and imagine how you are positively disposed to get up in the morning, drive to the exam point, confidently enter the office, take your place. You are calm. You receive a task, you successfully complete them. Imagine how you get results with a high score and how happy you are about it.
- Think about what you will wear. Psychologists do not recommend wearing red, because this color will “tease” the guards.
- Program yourself for success: “I will pass perfectly well”, “I am calm”, “I am confident in myself”.
- Calculate the travel time to the location of the exam. It is recommended to arrive 15-20 minutes in advance to get used to the environment and tune in to the work atmosphere. Prepare all required documents.
- After 21:00 put all notes, training manuals, books away. Give yourself a break.
Remember that excessive excitement will only interfere with the successful passing of the exam. Be confident in yourself and in your own strengths. You will succeed! Good luck!
