You will have to sacrifice something, perhaps even temporarily, this does not mean that you have taken a step back, you just slightly changed your path to some kind of global goal. If, as it seems to you, you have achieved your ultimate goal, urgently set another, even more global one: this is the only way you can improve even more and find ways to achieve greater results.
In general, everything is in your hands. In fact, in order to become better, not so much is needed: a certain desire to work on oneself and, of course, a set goal.
