Not just single failures, but whole streaks of them happen in the lives of many people. But all people treat them differently. It is easiest for religious people, they stoically perceive failure as a test sent from above. But many of us are acutely experiencing them, there are people who fall into depression, trying to find oblivion in alcohol. This is not an option. Failures must be overcome in another way.

Surely, these are not the first failures in your life. Remember the previous cases, which you also perceived as a disaster, after which there is no desire and opportunity to live. But you survived them and even became stronger, hardened mentally. By overcoming failure, you have won. Remember these victories of yours, this is a very effective psychological technique that will help you pull yourself together and, after calmly pondering the situation, overcome adversity and become a winner again.
Step 2
Stop being afraid of failure. Understand that just as there is no final victory and success, there is no fatal failure, unless it is, of course, death. Disbelief in victory, doubts and shyness keep people who do not even try to overcome failure. If you have the determination to do this, you are already on your way to victory.

To increase your inner strength, praise yourself. Do not give up, limply drifting with the flow, but write yourself a bunch of words on paper in which you express faith in yourself. Visualization and materialization of the spoken word can help bring it to life. Tell yourself and write it down on paper that you are a unique person and you have talents and qualities of character and soul that everyone else lacks. When you love yourself, you will believe in yourself.
Step 4
Think of failure as an excuse to show all your best qualities that you acquired in your previous life. As long as you grieve and grieve for what happened, that is failure. As soon as you started to act and solve the problem, this is the formation of character and the acquisition of new life experiences and useful skills.

Learn to extract mistakes from your failures. It is not for nothing that folk wisdom claims that "the one who does nothing is not mistaken."
