The success of personal relationships with people around, at work, in marriage directly depends on this. People will not express a desire to follow you if they do not understand where you are going, what you want. You can become a communication leader by adhering to four basic principles.

Try to keep your thoughts simple. Communication is not about speaking naturally, but about doing it right. Simplicity is considered the key to effective communication. Don't impress people with complex phrases and loud words. To maintain strong contact with others, be sure to strive for clarity and simplicity.

Try to see a specific person unambiguously. Effective communication leaders focus on the people with whom they communicate directly. Remember that it is impossible to effectively communicate with an audience without fundamental information about it. When starting the process of communicating with people - an individual person or a whole group - be sure to puzzle yourself with the thoughts: who this audience includes, what problems it cares about, what its needs need to be addressed, how long it will take to communicate with it. If you strive to become a real leader in communication, be sure to focus on the audience you have gathered. After all, people trust leaders only because they believe in them.
Step 3
Always show people only the truth. All genuine communication is built on genuine trust. First, be sure to believe what you are saying yourself. Even ordinary people are capable of becoming extraordinarily effective communication leaders by speaking not just with unbreakable conviction, but with fervent faith. Second, be sure to implement exactly what you were talking about. Nothing can generate greater trust than passionate conviction backed up by action.

Get the necessary feedback. When communicating, do not forget that the result of any communication is action. Just dumping a huge amount of information on the audience will not mean communicating with them at all. Be sure to talk to people every time, give them the opportunity to remember something, to feel something, to do something. Be sure to strive to succeed in these areas, because they will allow you to gain a new level of ability to lead people.
