Play your favorite music in the morning. You can put the remote control from the music center next to the bed so that, when you wake up and stretch, you can already hear your favorite song, get up, dance, and get energized and cheerful from the music for the whole day. Choose music for the morning in advance, prefer optimistic and incendiary music. As much as you love some melancholic and sad compositions, they are not very suitable for the start of the day.

Plan your morning in the evening. Gather everything you bring with you in advance, prepare your breakfast items, and put the lunch you have collected in a container to take to work if you do so. It is better to print and fold the papers and documents that you have prepared in the evening, otherwise you risk forgetting about half of them or be late because of this. Make sure you do as little as possible in the morning. Plan everything you have for the morning and make a list of them. Then you can do everything calmly, not forgetting even about the little things.

Get enough sleep. Morning will not be good if you have slept for 3-4 hours. How much sleep your body needs, give it so much. Have breakfast. Many people run headlong to work in the morning, feeling hungry and lethargic all day, and in the evening they gorge themselves to the bone. This is the wrong diet, which contributes to poor sleep, excess weight, and the fact that it is difficult for you to wake up in the morning. Have a cup of aromatic coffee in the morning, or your favorite tea, or treat yourself to a cake or other favorite treat. Morning is the time when you can eat high-calorie food, even if you are on a diet, since this energy will still be used up during the day.
