It would seem that cleaning the bed is a common and everyday thing, the shot bed looks neater and creates a feeling of coziness in the bedroom. But not everyone adheres to the rules to clean the bed every morning, finding hundreds of reasons to refuse cleaning.
Of course, in order to make the bed, you will have to spend a couple of minutes and take them away from your precious sleep, there are still a lot of excuses, for example, in the evening you still have to spread the bed, no one will see an unmade bed, a cat is sleeping on the bed, I don’t want to bother her and a lot what the like.
In fact, cleaning a bed is not only a series of mechanical actions, it is, in a way, a whole ritual, performing which daily, you can get a number of benefits, namely:
- a room with a tidied bed looks more comfortable and neat;
- shaking blankets and beating pillows will make you wake up and invigorate and serve as a small introduction to morning exercises;
- let cleaning the bed be the first goal set for the current day, after completing which, you can have fun and then take on the next one;
- the bed, left not made, creates a feeling of a mess and not comfort in the room;
- people spend about a third of their time in a dormitory, and, of course, its neat appearance cheers up, evokes calmness and pacification. In addition, making the bed relieves morning stress and sets the right pace of the day;
- many of us live in one or two-room apartments, where the bedroom serves as a living room, a hall, and, in some cases, even a dining room. Would your guests like an uncleaned bed?
- you can lie down on the made bed during the day or in the evening to watch TV, because you don't want to go to bed with your household items on an open sheet;
- some have pets that like to take a nap in a disassembled bed. From some cats and small dogs, wool, dirt, and in some cases fleas are periodically poured, do you really want to sleep with such neighbors?
