The first step is to break a large, complex goal that is truly terrifying into simpler steps. Each of them should be such that it is already clear how to implement it. If the steps are too complex, break them up as well. It is necessary that the realization of the goal appears in a tangible form, so that it becomes clear to you how to approach the matter and take it up in order to carry out your plans. It happens that a person is waiting for someone to appear in his life who can change everything. It will be new and true love, as it should be. And someone else dreams that a person with whom relations did not work out in the past will return. Such an expectation is completely unhelpful. It is exhausting, melancholy and depriving. Instead of indulging in fruitless dreams, take care of yourself. Find yourself a hobby, become a more lively and interesting person. Find out everything that worries you. How often the wait is delayed just because people are not sure of anything and are afraid to at least try to change it. It's okay to ask what's going on.
