Step 1
Make a plan. Write down in a notebook what you need to do during the day and prioritize tasks. This can include work, business meetings, important phone calls, family responsibilities, meeting friends, playing sports, etc. Set aside enough time for each item in the plan to complete it and provide a small margin. Decide what time you need to wake up, what you will eat for breakfast, and how you start the morning. Try to draw up your daily plan well in advance, for example, in the evening, to take into account all the circumstances and think them carefully.
Step 2
Get everything you need ready. It is best to prepare all the necessary things that may be needed during the day also in the evening, because this may take some time. This includes assembling a bag of documents or tools, ironing a business suit, shining shoes, etc. Preparing well will save you time in the morning and get a little more sleep.
Step 3
Lie down on time. For the next day to be successful, it is best to go to bed no later than 22-23 hours and take 7-8 hours to sleep. This will help you recuperate and wake up easily in the morning. Please note that for a sound sleep, dinner should end no later than 7 pm. And in order to fall asleep quickly, it will be useful to walk in the park for 40-60 minutes before bedtime.
Step 4
Cheer up. In order not to go to work or on business sleepy, think well during the day and keep yourself in good physical shape, it is best to do a little warm-up in the morning and run through the park or woodland. So you saturate the cells of the brain and internal organs with oxygen and essential nutrients, normalize hormones and blood pressure. After physical education, it is advisable to do water procedures.
Step 5
Don't overeat. Eating sutras will also give you a boost of energy, but try not to eat too much. Breakfast should be light. It will be great to eat, for example, a little oatmeal with raisins, an apple or other fruit. This food will keep your blood glucose at the proper level, which will keep you from feeling hungry and will stimulate your body and mind throughout the day.
