At some point, you will instinctively reach for a cigarette. Perhaps you have a difficulty and against its background - nervousness. But nicotine does not relieve symptoms and, moreover, does not solve the problem. How will you help yourself by “lighting up” the problem?

You know that there is no “pill for everything”. And there are no universal ways to get rid of smoking. Your desire is the foundation on which your future is based. And it will be light and bright or nondescript, shrouded in gray clouds of smoke - it depends only on you.
