Many of us, being in a company, thought about why some people become the center of universal attention and adoration, others are drawn to them, while others, who are not inferior to the first either in their minds or in external data, find themselves out of work. The answer is simple, the whole point is that some people are naturally given to win over people. But this does not mean at all that these data cannot be developed! There are very simple rules, following which you will always be able to win the favor of others.

Be open and friendly in communication
Be open and friendly in communication

Instructions

Step 1

When you meet, try to sincerely rejoice at the person, smile at him. Try to find a reason for pleasant emotions in a meeting with anyone, even the most unpleasant person to you. As a last resort, think that by communicating with such a person, you are developing invaluable skills in attracting people to yourself! Isn't that a good reason to smile?

Step 2

Listen to your interlocutor! If he is eager to speak out, give him that opportunity. Try to find in his words something useful and curious for yourself, express approval with gestures.

Step 3

If your interlocutor is taciturn, but you still need to communicate with him, take the initiative into your own hands. Ask him for something that he can understand better than you. If that doesn't help, strike up a conversation about something that has made you happy, interested, or amused lately. There is essentially no point in talking about general topics, such as the weather. Such conversations tend to quickly become deadlocked, which does nothing to further our goal.

Step 4

Call the interlocutor by name! Make sure you memorize the names of all the people you meet. It is very embarrassing to meet a friend, strike up a conversation, but never remember his name. Conversely, if you call a person by name, you will immediately win him over to you. A proper name for a person is like a special code, it distinguishes him from others. Remember this!

Step 5

Watch your appearance, be neat! This applies not only to important business meetings. You can never predict what time and in what place you will meet your friend, so always be prepared.

Step 6

Once you have communicated with a person, try to take out as many facts of his biography as possible from your conversation, even if this information is of no value to you personally. Remember these facts, and at your next meeting, be sure to refer to some of them. For example, ask your cat's health if the last time you learned that your cat is sick. The person will have a feeling that the events of his life are important to you.

Step 7

Be confident in yourself anytime, anywhere. Confident people attract the attention of others, force themselves to be respected. Be that way. Let others feel your energy.
