Step 1

According to the Charter, to an unambiguous question, the answer to which could be either "yes" or "no", you must answer: if the answer is "yes" - "That's right, comrade (rank)", if the answer is "no" - "Not at all, comrade (rank)."

Step 3

If the question is asked as an information, was the questioner able to convey the information to you, you must answer: "I understand you, comrade (rank)."

Step 4

If you are given an assignment, answer "Yes / I obey, comrade (rank)."

Step 5

If you do not know the answer to the question posed, give a short answer: "I just can't know, comrade (rank)."

Step 6

Provided that you are in the ranks and the chief has addressed you by military rank and surname, give a short answer: "I", if the chief appealed to you only by military rank, give your position, military rank and surname in response. In this case, do not change the position of the weapon and do not put your hand to the headdress.

Step 7

When a soldier is taken out of action, a command is given. For example, “Private Petrov. Get out of order for so many steps "or" Private Petrov. To me (run to me).”In this case, answer:“Yes”. At the first command with a front step, get out of order for the indicated number of steps, counting from the first rank, stop and turn to face the formation. On the second command, after taking one or two steps from the first line straight, turn towards the chief on the move, approach (run up) to him in the shortest way (run up) to him and, stopping in two or three steps, report your arrival.

For example: “Comrade Captain. Private Petrov has arrived on your order "or" Comrade Colonel. Captain Sidorov has arrived on your order."
