Everybody has a periodically impaired concentration. A pathological character can get this condition with prolonged manifestation.
The possible causes of impaired concentration should be consulted with a doctor in order to prevent a serious illness.
Concentration disorders can occur at any time and at any age. The name hides the inability to concentrate on the completion of a specific task. The boundary of the transition from temporary to permanent violation is not clearly defined.
Concentration means a high level of efficiency for the brain, accompanied by additional expenditure of energy, and therefore is limited in time. Therefore, a decrease in concentration of attention does not mean its violation. This is a completely normal process. Anyone who has to work concentrated for a long time feels tired in the end, as after a lot of physical exertion. The higher the concentration must be when performing an intellectual task, the shorter the period during which the brain can work at an appropriate level.
In case of violation of concentration in positive situations, spontaneous switching occurs, a distraction from the actual task of thoughts or actions to other objects. For example, when schoolchildren begin to play at the table while doing their homework or sit dreamily.
Concentration can be trained just like muscles. Positive emotions, changes in activities, exercises to strengthen memory, as well as balanced physical activity and nutrition will help keep concentration at the proper level.
