Daily changes. If you want to become better and change your past life forever, you must get better every day. Set challenging goals and develop. At least a little bit, but you must become stronger, more enduring and wiser. You will soon see additional opportunities for self-development. You will begin to notice things that you previously thought were mundane. Many opportunities will appear before you, all you have to do is take advantage of them.
Step 2
Stay alone with yourself. You need to reflect on your life and make vital decisions. Think about whether you are living your life, whether it is worth continuing on this path, or setting new life goals for yourself. Analyze your attitude towards relatives, friends, acquaintances, money, real estate, animals, etc. You need to get rid of all the unnecessary so that there is room for the really important things.
Step 3
Keep a diary. This subject allows you to understand yourself. Just write down your own thoughts every day. It will be difficult at first, as expressing thoughts in words is not so easy. Another challenge: you need to be completely sincere. Admit all your mistakes and shortcomings. Only in this way will you free yourself from the burden of the past and will be able to change.
