Try to complete the picture to the end of what will happen: fainting, death, exiting the subway, or you calm down and, thinking only about your daily affairs, continue your route. Try to practice and finish the picture. You can record on a platform or in a subway car for a complete training experience. When you finish the picture, you will see that you will not die, if you faint, no one will leave you or rob you, they will help you, you will come to your senses and will not die. Perhaps you will just think about your own and you will not be scared at all, because the thought that triggers fear is not activated.
