A person, regardless of education, work, lifestyle and aspirations, ultimately strives for one and only goal - happiness. And every time there are some reasons that distance him from achieving this great goal. They are hidden not in the external world, but directly in the person. After all, it is he himself who builds his own system of rules and restrictions, surrounding himself with them, like a stone wall, which protect from the whole world, including a happy life.

Why happiness is fleeting

The feeling of happiness itself is not easy to define. If you understand it as a kind of bright emotional outburst, it will become clear that it is impossible to be in the experience of this emotion for a long time: the outbreak is for that and the outbreak that appears and disappears in an instant.

However, happiness can also be understood as a general feeling of contentment with oneself, life, the world around us and one's place in it. And here, as a rule, if you look at it, in most cases it turns out that a person independently builds barriers for himself that do not allow him to feel happy for a long time.

Deliberately or unknowingly, a person daily puts obstacles to himself, limiting himself in various things, successfully hiding from some aspects of life. But if all these restrictions dissolve at one fine moment, life will sparkle with a million new shades. To bring this happy hour closer, it is enough to say goodbye to some things from your life.

Anger, old grudges and jealousy

These three disgusting feelings destroy their carriers from the inside. Resentment, like rust, eats away the heart and soul. Jealousy, like a toad, stifles all positive aspirations. The great science is to learn to conquer anger and put up with those who annoy with their mere presence. We must learn to cope with anger, let go of resentment, not succumb to jealousy, in general, not to concentrate on the negative. Life will become much easier if you accept the apology. Don't savor self-pity spiced with resentment like a delicious dessert. All these feelings do not harm the source of the offense, but they completely destroy both the personality and health of the “offended” person.

The image of everything ideal: life, figure, soulmate

Nothing is perfect. Life consists of actions and the energy that a person puts into it. In the event that he is not ready to work on building it, does not want to constantly work on himself and improve himself, he himself makes the choice to be unhappy. The formula is simple: a person's choice is his life, and vice versa. A person can always independently create his own personal world, which will be the most beautiful in the world.

The ideal figure is a bluff invented by advertisers working for the beauty industry. The human body is his inviolable property, and only he himself has the right to decide exactly how it should and will look. What is the point of succumbing to advertising prompts, listening to the opinions of friends or relatives, if the only thing that matters is how a person feels - comfortable or vice versa.

The ideal partner does not exist, in principle, in nature. And you shouldn't even create illusions about this. People come up with a whole list of those qualities and characteristics that the chosen partner should have. And life puts everything in its place, not paying any attention to these lists.

If you learn to let go of all unnecessary things, life will not only become easier, but also become an exciting journey into the world of happiness!
