When you make a decision in a state of emotion, you can do something that you might later regret. Set yourself up to sleep with these thoughts one night before deciding what to do. When someone is knocked out of emotional balance, your energy is very low. As a result, you force your brain to make important decisions without being rational and relaxed. If you receive an email that upset and pisses you off, never answer right away. Sleep with it one night and think about your answer the next day, with a clear mind. Chances are you'll be very glad you didn't submit your answer yesterday. Whenever possible, respond in a calm and positive manner, this will greatly increase your chances of success.

Live by your own rules
The reality is that people can always find mistakes in your actions. It's easy to sit back and criticize what someone else is doing. Toxic people often speak downrightly, making you believe that you are doing something wrong. Remember: this person's point of view is only his own. No two people are alike.
