A new life cannot immediately become ideal, you need to come to everything gradually. Make the following columns in your notebook: list item, date, done. In the "completed" column, indicate how many of this item you would have managed to do, and if you had time to do everything, put a tick.

Items can be as follows: "do such and such an exercise a certain number of times", "cook according to a new recipe", "learn so many foreign words." Do not take too heavy loads at once. If you learn words, then for a start, no more than ten a day. And there should be no more than five new "habits". When you master this volume and begin to perform it with ease, you can add tasks to yourself.

Remember your dreams, you wanted to realize your plans earlier, but could not. By working on good and bad habits, you will gain certain skills in planning and managing your time, as well as develop willpower. Thanks to this, more complex tasks will be solved easier than before. Do not be afraid that something will not work out, mistakes will also help you understand what you are doing wrong and where it is better to direct your energy.
