Overcome your complexes. In new activities, a person often feels insecure and constrained. To overcome this awkwardness, you need to do what you fear more often. For example, you dream of finding a loved one, but you are afraid to get acquainted. To overcome yourself, get acquainted more often, in any convenient situation. Over time, you will develop the skill of free communication and be sure to get to know your loved one. And remember - most people don't care about you and your mistakes.

Be confident. A calm and self-confident person attracts the attention of others, it is pleasant to work with him and communicate with him. The outward manifestation of confidence is calm demeanor, even posture, lack of fussiness and stiffness. Internal confidence and its external manifestations are interconnected. Straightening your shoulders, straightening your back, tightening your belly and taking the extra fuss out of your movements will make you feel more confident.
