This is due to the fact that, for example, adolescents still cannot come to terms with the fact that they are losing control over some situations that were not in their past. Tearfulness can be the result of stress accumulated over the years, or a shock experienced in the recent past. In any case, for the owners of such a reaction to problems, running tears bring only trouble. There are several ways to quickly deal with your emotions and calm yourself down.

Step 1
Lack of self-confidence is often the cause of tears, so it doesn't hurt to take a self-defense course. It will make you stronger both mentally and physically.
Step 2
In addition, tears can be your reaction to the fact that you do not want to do something, but do not know how to refuse others. In this case, little tricks can help, for example, in response to a request, you can recall an urgent matter, or complain that you, too, have a lot of problems of your own.
Step 3
If, nevertheless, treacherous tears run over, you can wash yourself with cold water and moisten your neck with a handkerchief, if this is realistic in your situation.
Step 4
A special respiratory system can be used:
a) inhale the air through your nose and exhale through your nose too;
b) inhale the air through your nose, and exhale through your mouth;
c) inhale and exhale with your mouth;
d) inhale the air through your mouth, and exhale through your nose.
You need to do the exercises for at least five minutes.
