An important means of human communication is speech. Remember Hoffmann's fairy tale "Little Tsakhes", which told about how an ugly dwarf gained power over people only because the good fairy made it so that smart and beautiful speeches made by others seemed to be spoken by him. People did not see his ugliness because they were fascinated by these speeches. Changing your speech, tone of voice, manner of speaking is enough to make your life more successful.

Instructions

Step 1

You work with people and you need to constantly persuade them, for example, if you are a politician, bank clerk or salesperson. In this case, you should be inspired by the example of the great ancient Greek orator Demosthenes, who from birth stuttered and burst, could not speak loudly and in a connected manner, during a conversation he twitched his shoulders and waved his arms. To change his voice and diction, Demosthenes did special exercises. He learned to speak clearly by putting a few small stones in his mouth. He developed his speech, reciting poetry loudly, trying to shout over the noise of the wind and sea waves while walking along the coast. And he did it!

Step 2

Before you start training, following the example of Demosthenes, record yourself on a tape recorder. Just read a favorite poem or literary passage. You, of course, do not have to stuff your mouth with stones, speech therapists now suggest using special plastic mouth guards, which are put on the upper teeth from the inside and significantly complicate speech. Your task is to learn how to pronounce sounds correctly using such a mouthpiece. If you can do it, then by removing it, you can show off great diction.

Step 3

Think about which of the announcers or artists you know has an expressive and pleasant voice, analyze how these voices attract you, why you like them, how much the voices of these people influence your opinion about them and their character. Look at these people with the sound muted and analyze how much your perception has changed. Try to imitate these people in the manner of speaking, in speech.

Step 4

In the morning, do simple exercises, standing in front of a mirror, exhale, and, inhaling, pronounce the sound "rrrr" loudly. After a word with this sound, try to do it expressively and emotionally, with an emphatically rolling "r". Perform this exercise only in the morning, as it stimulates the nervous system and has an activating effect.

Step 5

After three months of such training, compare the result with the previous recording of your voice and speech and you will see that there have been significant changes in those around you.
