As far as everyone knows, a lying person is betrayed by his body, that is, facial expressions, movements, words and, of course, voice. All people lie, this is a proven fact, some are more, some are less.
By nature, man plays a social role. A clown and proud at heart can turn out to be a very sweet and benevolent person, but in public he is like that, because this is his role. Playing it, a person creates for himself a certain mask, an image to which he corresponds.
Scientists have proven that women are better at recognizing lies. It happened because the female brain was created for communication, because a woman will someday become a mother, she will have to raise a child, which means that she will recognize his lies.
How to recognize a lie?
By the eyes
When conducting dialogue, be sure to look the potential liar in the eye. It is known that in certain situations a person, without realizing it, carries out eye movements. For example, if he looks away to the right, he recalls real events that actually happened, and to the left, he invents and fantasizes. However, there is one exception. When a person looks left and down, he remembers his tactile sensations, that is, smell and taste.
By body
If you notice that only one side of your interlocutor's body is very active (leg, hand), then this indicates that the person is thinking completely differently from what he is talking about. Also, the movements of the left shoulder can reveal a lie. The liar, who thinks that he has figured out, begins to act carefully, to weigh his words, to follow the expression on his face and, which is very important, begins to speak more slowly.
On the face and lips
An asymmetric facial expression, perhaps even a distortion of a smile or face in one direction, indicates one hundred percent lie. The point is that in this way the liar is feigning emotion. If, during a dialogue with someone, you notice that the interlocutor raises his chin, be wary - he does not like you and is angry with you. The surprise of your interlocutor is false if it lasts longer than 5-6 seconds.
Deal
A person who is lying often holds himself by the neck or straightens his tie. It is even possible that you will see a gesture of strangulation, that is, literally, they stand in the throat of a person. A person trying to hide their hands out of sight or close them in a lock is most likely lying.
Carefully monitor the behavior of a potential liar, then you will be able to figure it out and prevent deception.
