Angina, laryngitis, tonsillitis are diseases that can develop on the basis of a psychological problem. But before treating them with psychosomatic methods, you need to make sure that the disease has an emotional nature. And you can do it like this:

  • track how often a person has a sore throat, and if this happens two or three times a month, this is a reason to suspect a psychological effect on the body;
  • you need to remember what happened before the illness: maybe a person is blown out at work, or he wears autumn shoes when it is already winter.

There is a physiological reason. If an illness occurs after quarrels, fears and other experiences, then it has a psychosomatic nature. In this case, you need to understand what kind of psychological problem is causing the disease.

The latter can be determined by the disease itself.

  1. Angina. A person has an internal conflict that he hides from himself. He is tired of accepting the situation as it is, but does not allow himself to change something.
  2. Laryngitis. Long-term suppression of emotions, inability to say "no" to other people, as well as fear of openly expressing their own opinions, especially in conflicts.
  3. Tonsillitis. Feelings of insecurity and inability to influence the situation. There is suppressed anger, low self-esteem, and latent irritability.
  4. Pharyngitis. A ban on self-realization. Such personalities have excellent creative potential, but it is crushed by fear and does not manifest itself at all.
  5. Children's adenoids. The child is lonely, deprived of the love and attention of his parents. He suffers from this, but silently, and keeps it in himself for a very long time.
  6. "Lump in the throat". A person is so frightened that fear already at the level of the body suffocates him, not allowing him to utter a word.

Knowing the psychological cause of the disease, it is necessary to focus on eliminating it. In the case of a sore throat, you need to stop hiding, accept fear, and then change the situation, despite it. It's time for a person with laryngitis to stop agreeing with everything. We need to find a polite way of refusal, to express both feelings and opinions more often.

With tonsillitis, it is worth releasing hidden anger; there are many techniques in psychology for this. Then you can learn to actively influence the events of your own life. It would be good for a person suffering from pharyngitis to do some kind of creativity, even if only for himself. To remove the "lump in the throat", you need to find the cause of fear and eliminate it. And children with adenoids can be helped by parental love and care.

But we must not forget about drug treatment. Dealing with emotions does not replace the need to take medication or see a doctor.
