Irritability appears as a result of stress and fatigue, a person becomes harsh, inadequate in reaction to ordinary situations, gets angry and nervous, which makes him even more tired. Habitual irritation can lead to many health problems, including nervous exhaustion and stomach problems. So it is better not to put up with this ailment, but to start fighting it as soon as possible.
Instructions
Step 1
Practice meditation. Relax, sit in silence, distance yourself from all problems and thoughts. Mentally release yourself into a free space of rest. It is not necessary to take the lotus position and pull the muscles that are not accustomed to this, it is enough just to sit in a chair. The main thing is to tune yourself up, and over time you will become less emotional, and therefore less irritable.
Step 2
Move. Physical activity will help release the anger inside you. Go for fitness, jogging, or at least just go for a walk in the fresh air. For especially irritable ones, boxing and wrestling are suitable - that's where the real splash of emotions is! Get rid of the negativity before it turns out to be poured out on the people around you.
Step 3
Calm your nerves. Take a course of sedatives, preferably herbal. Or prepare a decoction or tincture yourself. Herbs of valerian, motherwort, chamomile, lemon balm, mint are excellent for shattered nerves. Drink this natural hour with honey at night every day and after a couple of weeks you will feel much calmer.
Step 4
Relax. Fatigue is a common cause of irritability. Perhaps you do not give your body a break and it, being in constant stress, cannot recover to normal work. Try to sleep 7-8 hours a day, do not work for wear, take breaks in both mental and physical work.
If possible, take a vacation and go for a week away from everyday worries. This will help you relax both physically and mentally, which will bring you into harmony with yourself, and irritability will disappear.
