The whole point is that the body is a reflection of our thoughts and feelings, now look at what posture you take when you are in a bad mood? Most likely, the shoulders are lowered, the head is too, the arms and legs are crossed, the face is sullen. Change your posture to change the state. Always, as soon as negative thoughts begin to creep into your head, change your posture, head position, facial expressions.
The next step to improve your condition is physical activity, whatever. And here there is only one rule, the worse you are, the more physical activity you need. Physical activity improves mood. 2) Changing thoughts and states When you only realize that negative thoughts take over, start giving thanks for everything. Yes, yes, thank you.
What can you be grateful for? For this situation, due to which a bad mood or depression, for the fact that all difficult situations led to a good ending, for the fact that you are alive, you have loved ones, arms and legs, many opportunities. Give thanks for anything.
