Conflict is a clash of interests, positions, beliefs, which has taken an extreme form, going beyond the generally accepted rules and norms. It can happen for many reasons, both between individuals and between large groups of people, peoples, states, even coalitions of states. Depending on this, conflicts are subdivided into interpersonal (social), legal, and political.
Instructions
Step 1
Interpersonal (social) conflict can occur both because of a really serious reason, and literally "out of the blue." In the second case, this is a consequence of either the low general culture of one or both participants, or the inability (and often unwillingness) to stop in time, look for a mutually acceptable compromise, show respect for the personality and interests of the opponent. Alas, human nature is such that people are used to counting precisely their habits, attitudes, actions, etc. the only correct ones! Marital conflicts are a special case of interpersonal (social).
Step 2
The above is fully true for those cases when large groups of people are involved in the confrontation, up to interethnic conflicts. There are plenty of examples of this both on the territory of the former USSR and on the territory of other countries.
Step 3
A legal conflict arises mainly as a result of disagreement over property rights, as well as their redistribution. It has much in common with interpersonal (social), since in the overwhelming majority of cases, each of the parties to the conflict considers itself right, not wanting to compromise. However, as a rule, legal conflicts are resolved more or less calmly, in a civilized manner, using generally accepted judicial procedures. Although, even with the most fair and impartial trial, still someone will remain dissatisfied with his decision.
Step 4
A political conflict occurs when the interests of a state (or a whole coalition of states) on a particular issue come into conflict with the interests of another state or, accordingly, another coalition. As a rule, the reason for such situations is competition for influence on one or another country, especially one with a favorable geopolitical position, the struggle for resources (minerals, drinking water, areas of the World Ocean rich in fish), for markets for its products, etc. Since the consequences of political conflicts can be extremely sad, it is necessary to take all possible measures to resolve them as soon as possible.
