When a person lies, his facial expressions and gestures change. Usually people do not notice this, but in fact, with the help of observation, you can recognize whether a person is lying to you or not.
Almost every day people tell a lie to each other. Often this lie lies in small things, sometimes in something big. A very popular lie with the common question: "How are you?" To this question, many people answer that everything is fine, although in reality this is not always the case.
When people lie to you, it's unpleasant. To recognize a lie, you need to pay attention to gestures and facial expressions. Usually, if a person is lying, then he tries not to look into the eyes of the interlocutor, and maybe vice versa, he tries to persistently look into the eyes, but at the same time his gaze runs nervously.
A person who lies in something big fusses a lot: he gets nervous, straightens his clothes, pulls buttons, touches his hair. But such gestures can indicate that the speaker really likes the interlocutor. If, with leading questions, a person begins to slow down, while moving to think, then most likely he is telling the truth. A mismatch between gestures and responses can also indicate a lie. For example, the interlocutor answers the question in the negative, but at the same time nods his head in agreement.
If a person is constantly lying, then he does it already naturally. He tries to speak quickly so that he is not interrupted, does not ask unnecessary questions on which he can get lost. Also, a liar can tell a lot of unnecessary details. And in the answers, he repeats the very words from the questions, instead of simply answering yes or no. And if the topic of conversation changes, the liar willingly supports the change in order to quickly forget the old one. Lying often manifests itself like this: trembling in the voice, constant coughing, touching clothes with hands, continuous stuttering or frequent blinking.
Of course, these are not universal signs. Sometimes it turns out that if a person is very nervous and sweats during a conversation, then this does not necessarily indicate a lie, but it may indicate that the person is simply not sure of himself or is afraid of something.
