Don't spit against the wind. You need to be in the stream of life. In aikido, in order to defeat an opponent, you need to use his own strength against him, succumb and carry him along. It's the same in real life. Instead of going against the movement, it is better to obey the avalanche, use its power for yourself.

How to live in the present?
How to live in the present?

Much time and effort is devoted to resistance. If work is not particularly loved, the expectation of the weekend begins on Monday. Every evening, coming home from work, we look at the clock - is there much free time left? What a horror - soon back to work!

In the morning I don't want to get out of bed and go to work. And all the same it is necessary, but the forces have already been spent on resistance. Wasted On weekends, we look at the clock again. Well, Saturday is over, there is only one Sunday left, and back to work. On Sunday, every hour counts down the end of freedom, because Monday is coming soon.

Obey the flow of life, its flow! Summer will end anyway, autumn will be replaced by winter, spring will come by itself, without your constant worry. Live now, invest in the moment, feel the happiness. After all, happiness comes from the word "now"!

There is no future, it has not come yet. The past has already passed, and nothing can be changed in it. There is only the present, everything is only in it. Both the future and the past, which will come later …
